To begin an analysis of the technological development of cars, we should look into the car. Carts have been used for centuries, people, animals and objects to be transported. Cart repair automotive repair differed in that it was purely mechanical. The simple machine of the wheel was technically complex. What is important to them the history of the automotive repair track, however, is the way cars are powered. Trolleys were provided by people and animals, but never from another machine. The first person to drive a car, it transforms into a car (or a car, which literally anything that moves) was operated by steam.
Steam power dominated the start of the Industrial Revolution and thrived in a time when critical thinking and science took on the characteristics, a thermodynamic point of view of the world. Steam-based design requires a large amount of capital to design, because it is a source of energy on a large scale (such as automotive production today) was. Capital came to have enormous influence on the organization of industrial production, as a type of engine, and it must be remembered that the production of cars has to be created in this context.
Electric cars are becoming popular again in its hybrid form that existed shortly after the advent of steam power. But it turned oil, and thereafter, gasoline, turn out to be a source of cheaper fuel, and the engine came to dominate the stage drive of the vehicle until the emergence of the last hybrids (probably due to the nature of always an expensive resource, and because a growing concern for the conservation of natural resources).
