UMW Motor Sdn Bhd has confirmed that all vehicles from Toyota and Lexus sold not unity in Malaysia by the worldwide recall of brands as affected.
“UMW Toyota Motor Sdn Bhd in Malaysia want our customers that we have received confirmation from our client, Toyota Motor Corp., Japan informed that all Toyota and Lexus models by UMW Toyota Motor Sdn Bhd is not sold through this exercise voluntary recall of the affected, “the company said in a statement today.
It was reported that Toyota Motor Corp. will lead a campaign for safety voluntary recall of approximately 550,000 units of certain Toyota and Lexus models in Japan and other partners across the country.
